Ewing Landscape Materials, Inc. is seeking a West Territory Turf Products Category Sales Manager to drive sales for turf and ornamental products across a designated West Territory.

This field-based role emphasizes agronomic expertise and exceptional client service to help clients achieve vibrant, healthy landscapes. The position requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to manage a market, with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, or a related field.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned market.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within market.
• Bonus: Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), pesticide applicator license, or similar credentials

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for turf and ornamental clients, including golf courses, sports fields, municipalities, and commercial properties.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection, application timing, and integrated pest management strategies.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct site visits, diagnose plant health issues, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, responsiveness, and results.
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes
