Job summary

Helm Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager for the West Territory in the United States. The role focuses on leading and developing the Regional Income Development Team and driving dealer participation in Helm’s F&I products.

The FOM will guide the execution of the regional growth plan, provide training and sales support, and report on organic sales, account development, and retention efforts. Overnight travel is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing field sales team.
• 10+ years automotive F&I and/or F&I provider experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI and Dealership DMS & menu systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Regional Income Development Team.
• Maximize dealer participation in F&I products with training and support.
• Lead organic sales growth and account development initiatives.
• Coordinate strategy with Regional Business Director and regional team.
• Attend meetings and manage progress with stakeholders.
