Job summary

Anatomage, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, West, to lead a high‑performing Outside Sales team across the western United States from the Bay Area. You will drive growth, nurture key accounts, and build strategic relationships while expanding market opportunities in healthcare technology and education solutions.

The role emphasizes coaching, territory leadership, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment. Local candidates preferred for a full‑time on‑site position.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience coaching sales representatives from lead gen to negotiation.
• Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills at all levels.
• History of effective team building and management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales team performance and drive targets.
• Develop and train account management professionals.
• Instill lead-gen mentality and guide upstream actions.
• Receive and implement annual sales goals from executives.
• Regularly review sales figures and ensure objectives are met.
• Maximize productivity and efficiency through proven techniques.
• Lead team meetings to share expectations and best practices.
• Participate in negotiations for large orders with major customers.
• Lead onboarding and on-the-job training for new reps.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain market knowledge and act as a sales resource.
• Manage region expenses and approve reports.
