Job summary

Amgen seeks a Regional Sales Director for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the West region. You will lead the regional sales organization, translate brand strategy into focused execution, and drive performance through a high-performing field team.

You will establish regional strategy, develop District Managers, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Commercial Operations to deliver business results while upholding Amgen values and compliance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor's with 4/8/10 years of relevant account management, sales or commercial experience.
• At least 4 years of direct people management or leadership experience.
• 10+ years biotech/pharmaceutical commercial experience; rare disease and/or specialty biologics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales organization for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the West.
• Translate brand strategy into regional execution with a high-performing team.
• Develop regional strategy, priorities, expectations and resource plans.
• Coach and develop District Managers and field teams for excellence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Training, Commercial Operations and HR to align objectives.
