GE HealthCare is seeking a Regional Client Director, West, to drive enterprise growth across IDNs, GPOs, and key healthcare accounts. You will lead executive-level discussions, orchestrate multi-functional teams, and shape contracting and pricing strategies to deliver measurable value.

The role demands extensive experience in strategic account leadership, complex negotiations, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive strategic sales, national/regional account management, contracting, or commercial leadership in healthcare or related complex environment.
• Experience managing large IDNs, health systems, GPOs, or channel partners with multiple decision-makers.
• Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-level strategic account plans.
• Extensive experience with complex contract negotiations, pricing strategy, business-case development, and contract implementation.
• Strong ability to influence senior executive and economic decision-makers and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise growth strategies across assigned IDNs, GPOs, and healthcare systems.
• Lead executive-level conversations around customer priorities, value, and long-term business objectives.
• Lead strategic pricing, contracting and portfolio opportunities to maximize enterprise value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic account plans and ensure milestones are met.
• Manage and review the opportunity funnel, forecasting, and performance against strategic objectives.
