Intersurgical, Inc. USA is seeking a Corporate Account Director for the West region to own enterprise relationships with IDNs and large health systems across the United States.

The role develops system-level account strategies to grow revenue, expand product penetration, strengthen relationships, and translate agreements into facility-level adoption. This senior, individual-contributor role partners with field sales, marketing, clinical education, finance, contracting, pricing, customer service,

• Experience managing IDNs or large health systems
• Proven track record in complex contract negotiations
• Strong cross-functional leadership and relationship building
• Ability to analyze account performance and forecast

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute strategic account plans for IDNs and health systems across the West US.
• Lead value analysis and conversion initiatives from award to full implementation across multiple facilities.
• Negotiate, develop, implement, renew, and optimize complex customer agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical education, operations, finance, pricing, contracting, customer service) to support strategic accounts.
• Monitor contract performance and drive improvement in utilization, profitability, and customer value.
• Deliver executive-level presentations on performance, opportunities, and actions.
