GE HealthCare is seeking a Regional Client Director, West in the United States to accelerate growth across complex IDNs, GPOs, and strategic healthcare accounts. This senior leader will translate customer, market, and financial insights into comprehensive account strategies that drive measurable results.

The role requires executive presence, independent decision-making, and the ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Contracting, and Supply Chain to align around a unified customer

Qualifications

Extensive strategic account leadership across IDNs, health systems, GPOs and partners.
Executive engagement with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Experience negotiating complex contracts with pricing and value-based approaches.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise growth strategies across assigned IDNs, GPOs, and health systems.
Protect current business and expand portfolio to generate new revenue.
Lead executive-level conversations on economics, clinical value, and partnerships.
Lead complex contract negotiations and strategic pricing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute account plans and milestones.
Deliver quarterly business reviews with measurable outcomes.
