Job summary

Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division North America (SRDNA) seeks an Area Sales Manager - Steam to drive boiler rental growth in the West Region. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to execute sales strategies.

In this role you will expand the customer base, perform site assessments, size equipment, and coordinate with operations to meet client timelines. A strong rental background and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC, generators, boilers or heat exchangers with rental/leasing experience.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing customer base within territory to promote SRDNA boiler rental business.
• Daily calls and visits across territory by phone or in person.
• Provide site assessments, solutions, equipment sizing, problem resolution.
• Coordinate project specs with operations to meet timelines and requirements.
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare progress reports for management on opportunities and activities.
• Develop and achieve the Annual Territory Sales Plan with KPI and revenue targets.
• Be highly organized handling multiple opportunities and clients.
• Grow the Steam business in the assigned area as SME.
