Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a field-based team across the West Region.
• Develop and execute an aligned West Region business plan for the RYBREVANT franchise.
• Drive compliant product sales growth, access strategies, and regional execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Brand, Pricing Strategy, and Commercial Excellence.
• Coach leaders and teams to align internal and external stakeholders.
• Set and oversee account goals and performance metrics.
