Responsibilities

• Lead and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists across the West Region.
• Develop and execute aligned regional business plan for Lung and Head & Neck cancers.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to enable optimal access and relationships.
• Coach leaders to build alignment and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
• Set account goals and oversee account metrics and performance.
