Job summary

AGC Human Resources is seeking a dynamic HR professional to support growth in Puerto Rico's western region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients in Aguadilla, Isabela, and surrounding municipalities, building strong relationships with leaders and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

The role covers employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico and federal employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the West Region.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated HR consultant for clients across the West Region.
• Provide guidance in employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance matters.
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition projects.
• Implement HR programs, policies, and best practices.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Conduct HR audits and support compliance initiatives.
• Deliver employee and leadership training sessions.
• Support organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
• Partner with business owners and management teams to solve people-related challenges.
• Travel regularly within the West Region to support client needs.
