Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience developing and executing state legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies.
• Experience navigating state legislative, executive branch, agency, and regulatory processes.
• Ability to translate policy developments into clear recommendations for senior audiences.
• Travel 20%–30%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of state legislative and regulatory advocacy strategies across the West Region, focusing on California.
• Define measurable advocacy outcomes and report progress to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with state legislators, agencies, regulators, and coalition partners.
• Monitor and influence legislation, regulations, and actions affecting Prologis’ businesses.
• Develop policy positions and campaigns with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate government affairs strategies with legal, development, and market teams.
• Direct regional government affairs consultants and coordinate engagement with trade associations.
