Prologis is seeking a Development Manager to oversee land and building developments across Seattle, Portland, and Denver. You will lead a team through entitlements, design, and construction of industrial facilities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and optimal outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management, with strong communication, problem solving, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Industrial development and entitlements experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of consultants and contractors to meet regional capital deployment goals.
• Manage development projects from land acquisitions to construction budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate design, permitting, and approvals across markets (Seattle, Portland, Denver).
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and stakeholder communication.
