Job summary

Sudarsshan Pollyblends Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a General Manager for the West Region to drive end-to-end regional business growth in polymer compounds and masterbatches.

The role demands strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and strategic account management across Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa, Chhattisgarh, and adjacent markets. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in polymer-related sales, a proven track record in regional leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of regional sales and business development experience in polymers.
• Experience in B2B technical sales and regional leadership.
• Proven experience managing a large territory/region.
• Experience with OEMs, plastic processors, converters, moulders and strategic industrial customers.
• Bachelor in engineering; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual West Region business plan.
• Own regional sales, volume and contribution targets.
• Develop distributor/channel network and monitor channel productivity.
• Lead and develop the West Region sales team.
• Coordinate with R&D, Technical, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and senior management.
