Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Director of Channel Sales for the West Region to drive channel strategy and scale our network of VARs and partners. You will lead a high-performing team, own the West VAR relationships, and collaborate with Regional Sales leadership to exceed regional quotas.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years leading channel/sales teams, deep reseller experience, and a proven track record of cross-functional leadership. Expect travel >=60% and a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

Experience leading a channel/sales team (7+ years).
Experience working with resellers in Channel roles (10+ years).
Willingness and ability to travel 60%+ across the West.

Responsibilities

Lead channel strategy and execution across the West Region, exceeding territory quota.
Lead a team of Channel Sales Managers across the West.
Manage all aspects of the VAR relationship across the West.
Lead business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, and demand generation for the region.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to grow revenue in West Region territories.
