Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Leader for the West Region, focused on Seattle-area growth. You will coach branch sales teams, align with managers, and drive revenue through strong customer relationships and strategic market actions.

The role requires coaching, field presence, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders to meet annual sales goals and optimize the customer experience across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch sales teams across multiple locations within the assigned territory.
• Partner with Branch Managers and Branch Sales Leaders to develop and execute local market sales strategies.
• Set annual sales goals, revenue targets, and performance objectives for branches and sales teams.
• Translate annual goals into actionable territory, branch, and individual performance plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure sales teams hit targets.
• Monitor progress through regular performance reviews, pipeline evaluations, and metrics; take corrective action when needed.
• Foster accountability by recognizing high performance and addressing performance gaps via coaching.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, sales observations, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent.
• Ensure consistent CRM usage and forecasting; align with operations and marketing teams.
• Build relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and community organizations.
• Travel regularly between branch locations to support sales teams and objectives.
