Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. in West Point, GA is seeking a Team Lead to assist the Supervisor on the FIL Line, perform inspections, and guide a small crew to meet production and quality targets.

You will ensure PPE, train staff, communicate process changes, and respond to customer requests. The role requires leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma/G.E.D. Required
• Must have valid Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with process issues and alert Supervisor/AM of concerns immediately
• Lead team members daily and ensure processes meet customer expectations
• Ensure all team members have PPE and are trained for their jobs
• Communicate process changes or customer demands to team members
• Support supervisor to ensure production, quality, and delivery commitments are met
• Help with personnel issues and day-to-day supervisor activities in their absence
• Oversee shift start and end duties and review processes for compliance
