WGI seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to provide full-cycle HR support at its West Palm Beach, Florida office. You will partner with management, drive recruitment, intern strategy, talent management and employee relations across Florida and beyond.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in HR, with strong communication, change management, and confidentiality. Occasional travel within Florida is expected as needed.
