Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive outside sales of Ipsen products across AZ, UT, CA, W. OR, NV, ID, MT, WY. This role requires ~60% travel and residence within a central location in the territory.

You will develop and maintain profitable customer relationships, present technical solutions, and collaborate with regional sales and service teams to meet growth targets while upholding Ipsen''s standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years sales experience in outside industrial multi-state territory OR Bachelor''s degree with 3–5 years sales experience
• Ability to present technically to customers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative outside sales support for Ipsen products and solutions.
• Develop territory plans and build relationships with key accounts across multiple states.
• Present technical demonstrations and coordinate field service activities as needed.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and assist with order processing and payments.
• Capture and communicate market feedback to regional leaders and product teams.
