Job summary

Augmentis is recruiting for a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support a West Michigan plant with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. The role includes SOX compliance, monthly close, and cross-functional budgeting in a publicly traded environment.

Relocation assistance is provided with remote start for 30–60 days while logistics are finalized; comprehensive benefits begin on day one, and a 9% 401(k) match is available to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent accounting experience.
• Financial analysis and reporting experience with IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial forecasts, weekly forecast updates, and analysis of financial and operational results.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and inventory analysis.
• Perform self-assessment audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Review, analyze, and report monthly manufacturing variances and plant expenses affecting job costing.
• Support cross-functional development of departmental budgets and periodic reporting.
