JPMorgan Chase in Houston/Katy, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the West Market team, grow deposits and investments, oversee operations, and coach a high-performing staff in a culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.

You will build relationships with local businesses, manage risk and controls, and deliver innovative banking solutions while ensuring exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach and empower employees and grow in their roles.
• Experience maintaining a strong risk and control environment and adhering to policies.
