Position

Type: Part Time
Schedule: Full Time (Thu-Sat 3:00PM-11:00PM, alternating Sundays 10:00AM-2:00PM, Tue & Wed flexible)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits with consistency and attention to detail.
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to dining areas while ensuring accuracy, presentation, and proper temperature.
• Provide warm, personalized, high‑end service to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar at all times.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with table maintenance, resetting, and overall dining room presentation.
• Support private events, banquets, and club functions as needed.
• Collaborate on seasonal cocktails and bar offerings.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
