Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations.
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.

• Ability to travel 45%–50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to support the launch and growth of chapters across the West.
• Identify and help develop new Chapter Leaders in key cities.
• Support newly launched chapters through hands-on training and follow-up.
• Assist chapters with outreach, recruitment, and grassroots engagement efforts.
• Ensure chapters host high-quality events aligned with standards.
• Help plan and execute events in developing markets.
