Turning Point Action is seeking a Field Representative to work in the field registering new voters and delegates, attending GOP meetings, and building grassroots activist networks in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is self‑motivated, and ready to travel. Candidates must pass a background check and sign an NDA; a valid driver's license is required, and willingness to meet the team’s ambitious GOTV goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
• Passion for conservative politics and election work.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic work environment.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and goal oriented.
• Self starter and self motivated.
• Punctual and very responsive.
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts.

Responsabilités

• Register new voters, precinct committeemen, and delegates in the field.
• Attend local GOP meetings and develop grassroots activist networks.
• Import and organize data, conduct outreach to prospective members and activists.
• Give oral presentations and represent the organization at events and conferences.
• Develop new get out the vote plans and network on behalf of the organization.
