BST SENIOR LIVING WEST INC in San Antonio is seeking an Environmental Services Coordinator to ensure cleanliness and operate across resident homes, common areas, and guest rooms. You will train staff, supervise environmental services, and coordinate with laundry and custodial teams to maintain schedules and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, a Texas driver’s license, CPR/First Aid training, and at least five years in EVS/housekeeping with supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clear driving record is required.
• CPR and First Aid Training is required.
• Minimum of five years in Environmental Services/Housekeeping with supervisory responsibility.
• Ability to supervise, discipline, lead, and communicate with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Oversee housekeeping services for resident homes, common areas, and guest rooms.
• Assist in training new employees following Blue Skies guidelines.
• Coordinate with custodial and laundry teams to meet schedules.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct routine inspections for compliance.
• Drive BST vehicle for daily operations and errands as needed.
• Plan and schedule services, monitor performance, and report issues to management.
