Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in environmental services or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EVS staff and operations ensuring cleanliness.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory notifies.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate with staff, residents and facility management.
• Ensure safety and sanitation policy compliance including PPE.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with supervisors, clients, residents and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
