• One-on-one training and development of EVS staff.
• Supervises resources for the Environmental Services department; assisting with hiring, promotions and performance reviews.
• Oversees waste program, ensures proper disposal per regulations.
• Conducts quality improvement initiatives and environmental hygiene rounding; reports results.
• Manages ES surveys and required reports (audits, observations, ATP).
• Monitors bed-tracking system and EVS response times; documents outcomes and drives improvements.
