Job summary

Yahoo DSP is seeking a Senior Director, Head of West Sales to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships across Entertainment, Automotive, CPG, Retail, Tech/Telco, Financial Services, and more. You will lead Account Directors, translate strategy into operating priorities, and champion AI-assisted selling and forecasting.

The role requires 12+ years in digital advertising sales, strong leadership, and a track record of regional growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital advertising or media sales
• Proven track record owning a significant regional or multi-vertical book of business
• Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, identity & attribution
• Experience selling to brand advertisers and holding company agencies, including multi-year partnerships

Responsibilities

• Drive West Region revenue and growth with strategic accounts and agency relationships
• Serve as strategic partner to VP of Sales, West; align resources and coverages for growth
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with rigorous pipeline reviews and AI-enabled seller productivity
