Qualifications

12+ years in digital advertising or media sales, including 5+ years leading quota-carrying sellers or teams.
Proven track record owning a significant regional or multi-vertical book of business with revenue targets.
Deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, identity, addressability, CTV, retail media, and measurement.

Responsibilities

Drive West Region revenue and growth through strategic accounts and partnerships.
Serve as strategic partner to VP of Sales, West, aligning resources and coverage with high-value opportunities.
Lead and develop a high-performing team; coach through 1:1s and pipeline reviews; champion AI adoption to boost productivity.
