Job summary

Jacuzzi Group operates Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and seeks a Traveling Installation Trainer for the West Coast with Seattle as a home base. The role focuses on teaching acrylic bath and shower installation methods with travel up to 25-30% to support promotion classes.

Ideal candidates are master-level acrylic installers with 3+ years of remodeling, carpentry, demolition, tile work or plumbing experience. Strong PowerPoint and video creation skills, leadership abilities, and dependable communication

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in bath & shower remodeling.
Master level acrylic installer.
Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
Leadership experience to provide training to various installation crews.
Able to travel up to 25-30% across West Coast locations.

Responsibilities

Travel across Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations on the West Coast (Pacific, Marysville, Portland).
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs in all markets.
Assist installers in attaining installation objectives with jobsite review checklists.
Lead a safety-minded culture and maintain a safe work environment.
Track and report training effectiveness and provide feedback to teams.
