Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a Regional Shelter Sales Manager to drive growth across the ideal markets of Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, and Utah. This individual contributor role focuses on targeting animal shelters and rescues, building strong relationships, and expanding Fetch’s channel in North America’s #1 pet insurer.

You will lead shelter sales agents within your territory, hire and coach the team, manage budgets, and ensure targets are met while delivering exceptional

Competenze

• Experience managing sales teams with accountability for coaching and results.
• Must obtain a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 30 days of hire.
• Must have access to a reliable automobile and will receive a monthly travel expense allowance.
• Willingness to travel within territory, to corporate HQ, and events/conferences.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales growth within territory efficiently and within budget.
• Meet sales targets for shelters in territory for New Business and Wellness Sales.
• Manage around 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents in assigned territory.
• Hire, develop, train, and support Shelter Sales Agents selling in shelters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Shelter Leadership and Adoption Teams in region shelters.
• Manage all administrative tasks relative to territory management.
• Proactively assess partner needs via onsite visits and follow-up meetings.
• Communicate Fetch advantages and products to shelters and competitors.
• Identify opportunities for new business and escalate to management in a timely fashion.
• Manage expense budgets and submit monthly reports.
• Live up to Fetch’s commitment to exceed customer expectations.
