Redesign Group is seeking a Senior Network Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales engagements focused on data center modernization, secure networking, and hybrid cloud integration. This role requires deep on-premises expertise and the ability to bridge traditional enterprise environments with cloud-connected architectures.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and OEM teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions for enterprise customers, with regular in-person meetings on the

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise infra and networking experience.
• Strong expertise in EVPN/VXLAN data center designs.
• Experience with MPLS, MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, L3VPN/L2VPN.
• Hands-on design with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet security.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy from discovery through delivery.
• Translate business goals into scalable network designs.
• Develop modernization roadmaps for data centers and cloud integration.
• Produce architecture diagrams, BOM-level designs, and documentation.
