Responsibilities

• Drive marketing strategies to improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores.
• Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance customer experience.
• Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results.
• Advise store leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors.
• Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance.
• Use analytics and market trends to continuously improve outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with company initiatives and act as a resource for stakeholders.
