Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BFA preferred for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite essential.
• Ability to present information effectively at events and through presentations.

Responsibilities

• Attend college fairs, parent-led events, and create recruitment events.
• Share information about MICA programs, campus life, and services.
• Schedule in-person and virtual recruitment at schools and events.
• Establish relationships with regional high schools and feeder sources.
• Conduct presentations to groups of students, parents, and counselors.
• Review portfolios and provide feedback to growth areas.
