Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with several years in undergraduate admissions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with analytical ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication; public speaking experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and CRM systems.
• Willing to travel extensively and visit campus as needed.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit undergraduates in Northern California and surrounding markets.
• Represent Virginia Tech at college fairs, high schools and events.
• Build relations with counselors, parents and students.
• Coordinate yield activities and campus visits for prospects.
• Travel 4–6 trips to Blacksburg for training and events.
