Job summary

Stratus is seeking a West Coast Regional Technical Support Analyst to deliver customer-first IT support across Stratus offices, nationally, with on-site accountability in the West Coast region. This role provides remote and onsite support for employees in AEC environments, ensuring reliable operation of end-user tech and collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in IT service roles, strong Windows/M365 skills, and comfort with travel; hybrid work model encouraged to support regional

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support.
• Experience supporting distributed offices and remote users.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, printers, and networking.
• Experience in SLA‑driven IT support environments.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organization; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 onsite and remote IT support for all offices and field users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, conferencing, mobile devices, and access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, identity management, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Deliver white-glove customer support focused on responsiveness and resolution.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and manage requests through the ITSM platform.
• Meet SLA targets and assist with onboarding/offboarding and office tech setup.
• Coordinate with centralized IT teams to ensure consistent standards.
