Job summary

Linkby is seeking a Partnerships & Growth Manager on the West Coast to onboard new brand and agency partners onto the platform and accelerate revenue growth. You will serve as the primary client advisor, leveraging your network to expand our性能 footprint and ensure ongoing client success.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or PR with a proven sales track record. Colorado or California residents only, with comp package including base salary and KPI-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sales within Digital Marketing, Publishing, or Adtech.
• Proven sales-based track record with ability to hit and exceed KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and subject-matter expert to scale their businesses.
• Drive client retention by managing cohort and churn, maintaining active engagement on the platform.
• Prospect, meet with and onboard/sell Linkby to key advertisers and agencies.
• Own KPIs for client growth, drive revenue, and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Nurture leads and convert them into revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized client patch aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with pod teammates to ensure seamless client integration.
