Job summary

Citi is seeking a Head of Lending Advisory for the West Coast to lead a high-performing team across East Los Angeles, Los Angeles, and San Francisco markets. You will drive expansion, shape strategies with CPB teams, and advise on complex loan structures for UHNW clients.

You will partner with bankers, manage a robust pipeline, and ensure executive-level execution while navigating a dynamic regulatory and market environment.

Qualifications

• UHNW lending experience required.
• Experience leading a high performing lending team.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments, banking and loan products.
• Ability to advise clients on optimal loan structure.
• Experience with assessing and structuring loans across asset classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Coast Lending Advisor Team to expand and execute region strategy.
• Coach and mentor team members and collaborate with colleagues across US and globally.
• Establish a reputation for execution and excellence.
• Partner with Citi Private Bankers to identify lending opportunities.
• Join client meetings with Bankers to raise awareness of lending solutions.
• Advise clients on lending solutions and drive execution excellence.
• Understand market products, environment, gaps, and opportunities; align strategy.
• Serve as subject matter expert and first line of control for inquiries on lending products.
• Build a strong pipeline and maintain compliance with control standards.
