Job summary

Citi seeks a senior Lending Advisor on the West Coast to lead the Lending Advisor Team and execute expansion strategies for UHNW clients in the region.

You will collaborate with Citi Private Bank, Underwriting, and risk teams to structure bespoke loans, manage a strong pipeline, and ensure compliant execution. The role is based full-time in East Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of UHNW lending experience.
• Experience leading a high performing lending team and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments, banking and loan products.
• Ability to advise clients on optimal loan structure and deliver market-leading solutions.
• Experience with asset-backed and complex loan structures, including CRE and luxury assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the West Coast Lending Advisor Team and expand the region's strategy.
• Coach and mentor team members and collaborate with US and International colleagues.
• Partner with Citi Private Bank to identify lending opportunities and plan accounts.
• Join client meetings to present lending solutions and drive execution excellence.
• Advise clients and advisors on loan structures and market opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with control standards and risk requirements.
