Job summary

The Labor Management Relations Associate role at Seyfarth Shaw LLP is based in San Francisco, CA. You will join our Labor & Employment practice on the West Coast and work with senior attorneys on challenging cases involving traditional labor law, unfair labor practices, and grievances.

We seek candidates with 2–6 years of labor law experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of traditional labor law experience.
• Experience on litigation of unfair labor practice charges or grievances.
• Knowledge of federal rules and NLRB rules a plus.
• Admission to the California or Washington Bars or eligibility to waive in.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong work ethic.
• Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
