Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Manager, International Logistics - West Coast Ops to oversee drayage, marine terminal, and DC yard operations. The role focuses on minimizing demurrage and detention, optimizing costs, and ensuring data integrity across the end-to-end drayage process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Supply Chain Management.
10+ years of international import operations/logistics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coach, train, develop and mentor international logistics specialists.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain transportation analytics from origin to DC delivery.
Mentor International Logistics Specialists I & II to achieve service levels.
Maintain KPIs and analyze provider performance; hold them accountable.
Update SOPs to reflect Burlington’s operational needs.
Identify process improvements and develop new tools to optimize imports and reduce costs.
Manage vendor relationships and support import treasury data accuracy.
