Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Manager International Logistics-West Coast Ops to oversee drayage, marine terminal and DC yard operations, and drive cost-efficient, high-performing logistics for imports into the West Coast.

You will mentor staff, develop analytics, and optimize contracts and carrier performance. The role requires 10+ years of international import experience, strong communication, and deep knowledge of logistics operations and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Supply Chain Management.
• 10+ years of international import operations/logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach, train and mentor international logistics specialists and analysts.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain transportation analytics from origin booking to delivery to DC; mentor staff.
• Maintain KPIs, analyze provider performance and update SOPs.
• Identify process improvements and suggest tools to optimize imported product flow and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and support import treasury data accuracy.
