Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Manager, International Logistics-West Coast Ops to oversee daily drayage, marine terminal and DC yard operations, driving cost-effective, service-centric performance on the West Coast.

The role requires 10+ years in international import logistics, a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to mentor teams and negotiate with carriers. Strong Excel/Office skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain required.
• 10+ years international import operations/logistics experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily drayage, marine terminal and DC yard operations on the West Coast.
• Develop and maintain international transportation analytics and dashboards.
• Mentor and guide International Logistics Specialists I & II.
• Manage vendor relationships and carrier negotiations.
• Support bid optimization and contract reviews.
