Job summary

Allspring is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Director within our Global Liquidity business to drive sales activity and relationship management with institutional clients in the Western region. The role reports to the Head of Global Liquidity Sales and collaborates with portfolio management, product, marketing, and service & operations teams in California (San Francisco preferred).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales and relationship management with institutional clients.
• 10+ years selling institutional liquidity products and strategies.
• Deep knowledge of fixed income markets and liquidity landscape.
• Extensive Western region contacts in liquidity/short-duration markets.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute institutional liquidity distribution and service strategy in the Western Region.
• Cultivate relationships across organizations to meet client needs.
• Acquire new business from institutional liquidity investors in the West.
• Retain and grow existing liquidity clients in the West.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts and internal partners.
• Engage in frequent dialogue and deliver solutions.
• Support firm-wide initiatives and events to promote Allspring.
