Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years in inside sales or similar roles.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas for the West Coast territory.
• Identify and qualify leads through calls and emails to new and existing customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and qualify prospects via discovery conversations.
• Present products using a consultative approach, addressing customer concerns.
• Follow up on inquiries and opportunities with timely, professional responses.
• Maintain CRM data and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, and sales-cycle support.
• Coordinate with customer experience to ensure seamless service.
• Track performance and produce reports on sales trends and opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values.
