Job summary

Blue Ridge Associates, a premier retirement plan administrator, seeks a Western ESOP Regional Sales Director to drive new ESOP consulting and administration sales across the West Coast. The role emphasizes advisor networking, educating prospects, and presenting service offerings to exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate resides in the Western U.S., with 3+ years outside ESOP sales and a strong West Coast network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Direct ESOP sales, consulting, administration experience required.
• Minimum 3 years outside sales, including prospecting and relationship management.
• Proven success in engaging HR/Finance executives and advisors.
• Strong West Coast market familiarity and network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with advisors, intermediaries, attorneys, and COIs in the West Coast.
• Generate new sales leads and opportunities; deliver presentations and demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed revenue and territory targets; maintain detailed activity records.
• Provide territory forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership.
• Travel regularly to support client meetings and growth initiatives.
