Job summary

Oneblueridge is looking for an ESOP New Business Consultant I to join their New Business Team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and implementing new Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and ensuring a seamless transition from prior service providers. Ideal candidates will possess strong project management skills and be proficient in Excel, ensuring an accurate and timely client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage full-cycle implementations and plan takeovers.
• Demonstrated experience working with ESOP plan documents and amendments.
• Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining accurate onboarding documentation.
