We are looking for a Clinical Operations Director (COD) for egnite, a rapidly growing digital health company focused on improving the experience of cardiovascular patients across the US. The COD will serve as the overall account manager for assigned customers, partnering with key internal stakeholders and customer stakeholders to maximize impact The COD must effectively partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders to define key opportunities, ensure buy-in for key patient access activities, and facilitating data-driven process conversations. Additionally, the COD is responsible for proactively monitoring key metrics of success and implementing change management processes where needed.
