Wendy’s is seeking a highly capable General Manager to lead a Wendy’s restaurant in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will drive performance, coach a motivated team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a people-first culture.

Lead with integrity, manage inventory and labor, and uphold food safety standards while delivering profitable results and supporting development opportunities for your staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership management experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
• 5+ years of experience working in the QSR industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold your team accountable.
• A guest-first mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Comfortable managing P&L responsibility and food safety practices.

First of all, yes, Wendy is a real person. And a pretty special one, being the daughter of our founder Dave Thomas.
