A local home care service in Renton is seeking Care Pros to provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and ensure the well-being of elderly clients. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and a reliable car. No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided. The position offers flexible hours, a sign-on bonus, and various benefits, including health insurance and support for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must have a reliable car with current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind clients about medication and appointments.
• Help clients with bathing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide Alzheimer's and hospice care.
